Coaching, for me, is a way of working in which space is created to pause, explore and make new movement — especially where patterns keep repeating.

 

I work with professionals and leaders who want to change how they think, act and make choices.

 

Not separate from their work, but right in the middle of it.

 

The coaching is always personal, sharp and practical.

Focused on what helps you move forward in situations that currently feel stuck or keep returning.

Coaching is supportive when you:

  • notice certain patterns keep repeating

  • are facing choices that create tension or doubt

  • want to deal more effectively with pressure, expectations or responsibility

  • feel that something needs to change, but it is not yet clear what

 

Coaching does not require a “problem”, but a willingness to look and learn.

My way of coaching

 

My coaching is based on NLP principles and solution-focused work.

 

This means that we:

  • do not get stuck in analysing the problem

  • explore what does work or what is possible

  • pay attention to language, beliefs and behaviour

  • work with concrete situations from your own practice

 

The focus is on movement: small, meaningful steps that make a difference in your daily work and life.

What coaching looks like with me

 

Coaching is always one-to-one and aligned with your question and pace.

 

In the sessions, we work with:

  • reflection and conversation

  • focused questions and exercises

  • experiments in practice between sessions

 

Coaching can take place:

  • live or online

  • in individual sessions or in a short trajectory

 

The form follows your need; the core remains the same.

What coaching with me is not

 

To be clear:

  • it is not therapy

  • it is not an advice session

  • it is not a standard step-by-step plan

 

Coaching is a joint exploration in which you remain the owner of your choices and development.

This coaching does not stand apart from my broader work in change in practice. The themes that surface in coaching — behaviour, leadership, choices, patterns — are often the same themes that become visible in organisations.

 

Coaching creates space to reflect on these individually and to make focused movement.
